We don’t like minibars, so we don’t have them. Instead, we introduce you to the Hotel Emma Ice Box. The name pays homage to the South Texas icehouse, a neighborhood source of beer, snacks and camaraderie. The Hotel Emma Ice Boxes are neatly tucked away in attractive armoires serving as In-Room Pantries and stocked with local beer, farmers market provisions and ingredients for the famous La Babia margarita, which originated on one of Northern Mexico’s most prominent ranchos. The Ice Box and In-Room Pantry also provide extra room for you to store treats you’ve brought back from Pearl’s world-class restaurants and purveyors.
