Description
Dr. Gassman, a board-certified plastic and breast reconstruction surgeon, joined PRMA in January 2021. He earned his medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine, completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at UCLA, and trained in general surgery at Loyola University Medical Center. He pursued further specialization with a fellowship in breast and reconstructive microsurgery, including facial reanimation, at UTSW in Dallas. Dr. Gassman is a dedicated researcher and educator, focusing on pain reduction and recovery pathways in breast reconstruction, and is a member of the American Society of Reconstructive Microsurgeons and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
