The restaurant quickly became a local favorite, with Demo’s mother, Lucille Karagas, a first-generation Greek American, playing a key role in the restaurant’s development. The family’s commitment to excellence, inspired by Lucille’s mother, Victoria Eugenides, whose recipes were renowned for their authenticity, is at the heart of Demo’s success.
