Urgent Care ExpressMed at University Health Wheatley offers fast, convenient walk-in care for minor illnesses and injuries on San Antonio’s East Side. We treat ear infections, sore throats, cold and flu symptoms, sprains, minor cuts and burns, rashes, stomach pain and urinary tract infections. Services also include COVID-19 testing, allergy and asthma care, and headache treatment. Located off I-10 and E. Houston St. Open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Most insurance accepted, including Medicaid, Medicare and CHIP.
