Prior to becoming a physician assistant, she worked in a rural family practice clinic as a medical assistant and quality improvement manager. In April 2023, Casey graduated with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies from Milligan University in Elizabethton, TN. Soon after graduating, she passed the board certifying exam and obtained her Texas licensure in preparation of relocating to San Antonio.
