Description
San Antonio Taekwondo Headquarters is one of the most realistic martial arts studios in town. We offer women’s self defense classes as well as private lessons. It’s a high-energy workout that builds confidence, and heightens self-esteem. Classes are held during evening hours of 6-7 for children classes, and 7-8 for adult classes. We offer tournament training on Saturdays 2-5pm. Our students are humble, goal oriented, as well as disciplined leaders who enjoy helping others in learning how to protect themselves.
