I grew up in San Antonio. I attended San Antoino college for 2 years then transferred to Texas A&M where I graduated. I have practiced in San Antonio for 28 years. I have 2 chihuahuas. In my free time I dance, sing and do community theater.

I was born in Midland Michigan. My family moved to Lake Jackson, Texas and attend Brazoswood High school after graduation I attended Texas A&M University. I worked at a mixed amimal practice in Cleaveland Texas before coming to San Antonio. I have 6 indoor cats, 1 outdoor cat, 4 dogs, 2 snakes, 3 lizards, and 3 tortises. in my spare time I fish, garden and sew.

Dr. Johnson is a native Texan, getting her start in West Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000 with Dr. Carlton. She has been practicing small animal medicine for the last 15 years. She recently moved to San Antonio to join the VCA team. Dr. Johnson is a single mom to three amazing kids. They share their house with 3 cats, Buddy, Aslin, Oscar, and a wire-haired Dachshund Edgar.
