  Agency Operations Manager

  Cristina has been with our agency since 2012, and worked her way up to agency manager for our Bulverde Market Place office. Prior to joining our agency, she had several years of financial services experience. Cristina will help you with your home, auto, business and life insurance. She provides an excellent customer service experience and does her best help solve unusual challenges. She and her husband enjoy relaxing and spending time with their fur babies. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

  Amanda Pennington

  Agency Manager

  Amanda joined the agency in 2016 and is our agency manager for the Castle Hills office. She will help you with home, auto, business or life insurance. She is fluent in English and Spanish. When she's not at the office, Amanda enjoys traveling and spending time with family. She and her husband, Cody, are proud parents to their son, Zachary.

  Jennifer is from Minnesota and has lived in San Antonio for a long time. She has 2 grown children and 1 very sweet Grandbaby who she enjoys exploring the wonders of the world with. She enjoys gardening, cooking, reading , hiking, travel, and Mexican food. She has over 30 years of professional experience in the Financial Services Industry and has been with our agency since 2020. She has found that the insurance industry to be very rewarding and she really enjoys working with people and helping to make a difference in the lives of others.

  Brenda Terrazaz

  Service Manager

  Started representing Allstate in 2012 when she migrated to San Antonio from Rio Grande Valley. After Allstate she went on to work with a local insurance agency and has plenty of experience dealing with various carriers. Brenda joined our team fall of 2021. She is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys crafting with a variety of mediums in her spare time and hopes to one day become a weekend market vendor.

  Javier, who also goes by Javi, is 23 years young, originally from the Rio Grande Valley but moved over to San Antonio going on 4 years ago. If you didn’t know a Seattle Seahawks fan before now you do. He has been in sales since he was 18, but new to insurance. He loves every aspect of helping customers be protected with the right coverage!

  Administrative Assistant

  Delia retired in 2019 and decided to take on a part-time position with our office in 2021. She worked for over 30 years in the Industrial and Construction Sand field as Office Manager. She knows how important it is to give the customers the best customer service possible. Outside of work she enjoys spending my time cooking, shopping, helping others when she can and most of all spending time with her grandson.

  Kristan is a San Marcos graduate of Texas State University, with a BFA in Communication Design. She has been a licensed insurance agent since 1997 and has spent many years of employment representing Allstate, Good Hands brand. Having lived most of her life in her hometown of Austin Texas, with 12 years spent in Houston, she now resides in this great city of San Antonio! Kristan spends her free time working on her home, traveling with her beloved husband of many years, and is actively learning the art of keeping plants alive!

  Marketing Assistant

  TaeLyers a San Antonio native with a passion for marketing! She joined our team in 2022 and is very excited to be apart of the Good Hands family. She’s 21 years old and is currently finishing her degree in journalism. TaeLyer has a background in multimedia and loves everything dealing with promotion/ advertising!!! She’s excited to continue to contribute to the Allstate team and help reach as large of an audience as possible for your insurance needs! In her free time TaeLyer loves to travel, be outdoors, and play with her dog! She also enjoys reading up on new topics, watching scary movies, listening to many kinds of music, and spending lots of time with friends and family!!
