University Health Texas Diabetes Institute is one of the nation’s largest centers dedicated to diabetes care, prevention, treatment and education, along with endocrine conditions. Located on San Antonio’s West Side, the institute provides adult primary care, endocrinology for children and adults, kidney care and dialysis, podiatry, wound care, limb salvage services, heart and vascular care, physical therapy, and rehabilitation.
