Description
University Health’s Trauma Follow-Up Clinic provides post-hospitalization care for traumatically injured patients and those recovering from acute general surgery. Our experienced clinical team supports recovery after serious injuries such as car crashes, falls, and other unexpected traumatic events. We coordinate follow-up care in the weeks and months after discharge, including monitoring recovery, managing ongoing medical needs, and coordinating additional procedures or treatments when needed. The clinic also supports patients treated through University Health’s Pediatric Trauma and Burn programs. Our goal is to help patients navigate recovery and regain function with coordinated, specialized follow-up care.
