University Health Tafolla Health Center provides adult and pediatric primary care for families in the Prospect Hill neighborhood on San Antonio’s Near West Side. Primary care services include preventive wellness exams, routine health screenings, school and sports physicals, well-child visits and vaccinations. Our team also helps patients manage chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, anxiety and depression. Located on the Tafolla Middle School campus, the health center welcomes new patients from the surrounding community. Most major insurance plans are accepted, including Medicare, Medicaid and CHIP.
