I represent employees and executives when they are fired from employment. I am Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law and have been in practice for over 30 years. I handle employment claims in all State and Federal Courts in Texas as well as in Arbitration. The nature of the claims include: sexual harassment; employment contract claims; discrimination claims based upon age, race, gender, religion and disability. The big ticket items I handle relate to severance review and negotiation of high paid executives at private employers, as well as sexual harassment claims. My competitors are, by and large, not Board Certified in Labor and employment, but those that are typically handle claims for both employees and employers. I limit my practice to employees only.
